Highly-acclaimed Life is Strange franchise is getting a brand-new entry focusing on a new protagonist and power!
Life is Strange: True Colors
Square Enix announced during their showcase livestream the upcoming newest entry in the Life is Strange franchise, which they dubbed Life is Strange: True Colors. This new entry is being developed by Deck Nine Games, the same developers who created Life is Strange: Before the Storm, in collaboration with Square Enix External Studios.
As seen in the trailer above, players will wear the shoes of the protagonist, Alex Chen, who has the psychic power of Empathy, which allows her to absorb, and feel the strong emotions of others. When her brother dies in a so-called accident, she must uncover the truth using her power.
Players will be able to explore the small town of Haven Spring while listening to the exclusive soundtrack of the game, which is created by mxmtoon and Novo Amor, and licensed songs including Radiohead, Phoebe Bridgers, Gabrielle Aplin, and much more.

Life is Strange: True Colors will be available in three editions — Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate. You may check the website by clicking the link below for more details. Customers who will pre-order the game will receive 4 additional in-game outfits for Alex.
The game is expected to be released on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and even Google Stadia on September 10, 2021. Additionally, all episodes will be available at launch, which means players can play everything the game will offer without waiting for a new episode release.
