Square Enix shows us a first look of the world of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Big Hero 6 in Kingdom Hearts III.

Square Enix delivered a new trailer, just ahead of the Tokyo Game Show event, showcasing the futuristic city of San Fransokyo, the world of Big Hero 6, one of the expansive worlds in the upcoming action RPG, Kingdom Hearts III. Join Sora with the heroic cast of Big Hero 6, such as Hiro Hamada, Honey Lemon, Go Go Tomago, Wasabi No-Ginger, Fred, and of course, Baymax in their battle against the darkness.
The trailer also reveals more footage from the worlds of Frozen, Monster, Inc., Tangled, and Pirates of Caribbean, as well as unveiling more storyline and the first glimpse of a fan-favorite character. Additionally, it also shows Sora using his Gummiphone, which can actually take selfies with his friends and companions.
Finally, the official art box drawn by the series director, Tetsuya Nomura, has been shown at the show. It showcases the series different characters against the endless sunset, including some of the iconic Disney characters, such as Mickey Mouse, Donald, and Goofy.
Kingdom Hearts III will be released on January 29, 2019, for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
KINGDOM HEARTS III tells the story of the power of friendship as Sora and his friends embark on a perilous adventure. Set in a vast array of Disney and Pixar worlds, KINGDOM HEARTS follows the journey of Sora, a young boy and unknowing heir to a spectacular power. Sora is joined by Donald Duck and Goofy to stop an evil force known as the Heartless from invading and overtaking the universe.
Through the power of friendship, Sora, Donald and Goofy unite with iconic Disney-Pixar characters old and new to overcome tremendous challenges and persevere against the darkness threatening their worlds.
