Octopath Traveler
Around last year, Octopath Traveler was announced by Nintendo as a game by Square Enix exclusively for the Nintendo Switch. A few months earlier, a demo for the game came out to serve as an alpha test so that the developers would know which aspect of the game should they improve, as the demo comes with a feedback questionnaire after you finish it. That demo was removed from the Nintendo eShop but you may still play it if you have downloaded it before.
To come out today, a new demo for Octopath Traveler is available. This demo is, however, different from the last one. This demo is a timed-demo that includes the content of the full game, including the stories for all eight playable characters, so you can freely choose any of them. There is, however, a 3-hour time limit on the demo, and you can’t play it anymore once your time is up. You can pass on the save from the demo when you decide to get the full version, however.
An additional information about Octopath Traveler; if you decide to play only the main quests, it can take up to 50 – 60 hours, while if you decide to do even the side quests, it may take up to 80 – 100 hours.
Octopath Traveler, exclusive to the Nintendo Switch, is slated for release on July 13th, 2018.
